Browsing free and faster

Hello,
i am able to browse free on my laptop with a phone connected.I do that by entering a proxy in firefox and
i enter my mobile networks providers homepage which is free to access and then the browser takes me to the proxy's
homepage,where i enter whatever url i want to surf.i am not an expert but i'd like to ask this question: is there
any program that can automate this whole process so that i can watch videos on youtube which i cant do with the
method i am currently using because i browse through a web proxy?
