Micro SD hc card removed all my files. HELP!

Hello,
i have a windows mobile 6.5 phone and it has a 4 Gb memory card in it.
i had lots of files in it like music photos, videos etc.
then randomly i cant find it on the phone or on computer,
but it still says its near full memory which it was before,
there is something wrong with the micro SD memory card as its not showing my files,
even when i put it in anther phone

PLEASE PLEASE can anyone help??!
i really need to recover my photos and other files

what do i do??
i appreciate any help

Dear Saph,

There should be a virus or corrupted file on it causing the problem. Please have it formatted to have it working properly.

but i can store new files for some reason now but i cant get my old files back.
i really need my old files back.... how can i get it all back?
whats the easiest way?will all my files be deleted?
