Itunes store will not load!! Closed

Question

Hello,  please help me I cant get Itune store to load Ive tried restarting it and it still wont work also ive tried, disabling access to itunes store on the parental control and then allowing it, but that wont work. The tool bar, Itunes could not connect to itunes store, the network connection timed out appeared!! but the internet is connected!! please help! 



Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0
