Explorer.exe won't appear to desktop

Hello, My name is Phillip. I have a strong problem on figuring out to fix all this. I have already tried Windows Task Manager. And it says that my Windows got a problem in the middle of something. I can't get my icons back if my explorer.exe won't let me back in. I got internet but it seems like i still have a problem without sounds and volume. Does anyone have a solution to these problems? or should i just wait it out till it will get fixed by itself?

tried a lot by looking at other questions and answers from my problems.. none have seem to work or figure out the problems i have.

Please help ASAP!
