Hp Pavillion Dv4 not working!!! Help!!!!

Hello,


I have a Hp Pavillion dv4 and the cord wasnt working at first but then he finally worked once the laptop died...... now the screen is completlely black with the cord plugged in and working but the screen is black and the caps lock and scroll lock are blinking nonstop!

Please help me ! (:

check your memory, this is a typical troubleshooting code for memory not seated correctly.
