Help waiting for shutting down background pgm

Hello,

This is moyeenfar.my problem is when i shutting down my laptop,my laptop is waiting for shutting down background program than shut down the laptop.is that virus?if it is how can i resolve my problem?

Dear Moyeenfar,

This is not a virus at all, there are programs that are still running and they are being turned off. As soon as the applications are closed, the shut down process will start.

it's not a virus problem but always keep in mind that close all applications before shut down your pc.

Laptop shut off, will not turn back on

Hello,
I have a gateway laptop,it was plugged in and charging and on, and it sudddenly just shut off and now will not turn back on. I dont know if this has anything to do with it, but I will mention that I mistakenly tried to put my cellphone charger in the USB port (haha it was dark) right around the time it shut off. Can someone please tell me what is wrong and how to fix it?

Inserting an image without the white background

Hello,

I have an image that I have vectorized... or so I think I have.... and I when I try to insert it into a document this white square appears around it. I can't figure out how to move just the image and not the back ground as well.

Can anyone help me!!!???
