unable to watch streaming video on new compu/Closed

Question

Have new computer, use to watch Las Vegas traffic cams (www.nvfastcameras.com) on old computer. New computer will not buffer like old one (xp 2000) Old one had DSL conection, new one has ethernet set up . Can watch youtube and other recorded videos, but not live streaming. Both computers -Dell, old e310, new inspiron 570mt Anyone know a fix for this?


Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

Dear Sir, 

Please consider having Adobe Flash Player installed on it to have the specific You Tube videos working and also check whether your graphic card driver needs to be updated in order to have the problem solved.
