Hello,
I have a desktop HP Pavillion that brings up a screen that says that Windows is unable to load & to insert the disc. It was pre-loaded when I bought it & do not have a disc for it. The computer is only a year old & has Windows Vista Home Premium installed. What, if anything, can I do without starting from factory settings? My son has over a $1000 worth of iTunes, not backed up, on it! Help would be much appreciated. Thanks, in advance, for any!

Go 2 Start menu>>>>>>>>>Programs>>>>>>>>>>>>>Maintenance>>>>>>>>>>>>Backup and Restore Center. There you should restore files and folders without having 2 go back 2 factory settings.........Good Luck!!!!!
