How Can I Get My Flash Back

Hello,

After copying some files into my flash - the window system asked if i want to allow some kind of ($v....file) or not - then i chose yes, immediate after copy, the PC stopped working. Then, i restarted and the next i opened explore and seeking my flash drive. I notice that my flash name changed to Removable Drive - it cannot be opened. When i clicked on the drive, there was a pop-up message asked me whether i want to format my jet flash or not. If i click 'yes', there was another message "Window was unable to format the drive..." I did try my flash with several computers and sadly result remain the same.

Could anybody plz help me??? Dose anyone know how to retrieve the data back!!!!
i need my inside documents more than the jet flash...
