Can you install a HP hard drive into a IBM

Hello,

Ive got major problems l can not uninstall it back to factory settings as Vista is way too big for this IBM tower is there a way of doing this or can l install a Hard drive from HP Media Centre into my IBM at all? Yours faithfully Nicole

No, you can't change the drive to a computer with different hardware and expect Windows to work afterwords.
