counter strike game not workingClosed

Hello, 
         I have a counter strike game,version 1.6 and it does not work on windows 7...it does not come on my screen ....there just appears a white screen....i have installed by more than two setups and they r working fine ...may be there is a problem with my screen resolution....plz help 



Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 3.6.3
