PLZ COD6 WON'T START

I have a problem on cod6 the multiplayer won't work and i've finished campaign!!! when it try to load multiplayer or nomal play it freezes up with a loading sign in the middle of the screen. PLZ help me!!!
i have 7, ithink 34mb graphics, plenty of ram(3gig)
