Iphone 3gs sync problem

hey i have a iphone 3gs and im tring to put some new music, videos and photos on my phone throght itunes. now none of the music and movies are on my i tunes. so my question is how do i go about adding (syncing) my songs and movies on my itunes without losing my stuff on my phone, help????

my answer is because i had an phone like yours and i went to the shop where you got it and asked them for help and they fixed it for me so try that ok email me backxxxxooooxo
