Not able use q5 with windows 7 ultimate

Hello, sir
i am using window 7 ultimate when i do create connection in pc suite it create a connection but when i click on dial up connection it shows not able to register ur computer or ppp link protocol was terminated so plz help me out wether this is system problem or q5 problem and give resolution plz
