Ping problem of 3 computer using win 7

Hello,

i have 3 computer in a network and i using win 7 opreating system in computer they all computer have internet connection but they are not ping to each other.
And 2 computer have 2 OS that is win xp. When i run win xp they ping to each other

i want connect each computer in Win 7

plz help me ...

try this 1

In Windows 7 go to control panel, go to the the Windows firewall, there you can see windows firewall is ON

on the left side you can see the advanced settings, just click on it

select inbound rule and right click on it --> select New Rule

select Custom (Custom Rule) at last ---> press Next.

All programs in that window and click on next

then click on protcol and ports on the left side and at right side select Protocol type as ICMPv4 at the right side

then in next screen select any ip address( in local IP and remote IP section ) if you want to respond it to any ip

Allow the connection in next screen-->click on Next.

now keep the all three check boxes checked in the next screen

Give any name to this rule.

click on finish
