Plz recover my 6300 phone memory contact no

Hello,
I M USING NOKIA 6300, DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY I UPDATE MY PHONE BUT I FORGOT TO CREATE A BACK UP OF SOME IMPORTANT NOTES AND CONTACT NUMBERS WHICH I HAVE BEEN MAKING SINCE LAST YEAR IN MY CELL PHONE. CAN U PLZ SUGGEST ME A SOLUTION SO THAT I CAN UNDO THE PHONE MEMORY AND BRING BACK THOSE NOTES AND CONTACTS WHICH I HAVE BEEN WRITTTING SINCE ONE N HALF YEAR.
I'LL B REALLY GRATEFUL TO U MY FRIENDS.

On most phones (possibly all) you are out of luck if you store your data on the sim card, but maybe there are some possibility.

If that data was on a memory card, you could try to find if there is any data recovery tools to recover the data using PC while the memory card is attached to a reader. but rememer do not put any data on memory card any more before you have find back your data. anyway, have a try.

You will have no possibility to get the files back for they have been completely deleted.
