Computer does not switch on

Hello,

when i switch on my desktop computer CPU and Cooling fans runs but stops instantly and computer doesn't start. when i bang the casing near power button it works and computer starts. I'd check RAM, CPU and Mainboard all these devices are OK. i'm confused what the problem is and what to do.
