Getting no vga on monitor

Okay so I turn my computer on and all I get is a black screen with no found on the screen. I also cannot access my BIOS when I power on. Anyone have some suggestions please help

Hi there,

Please check cable from monitor to vga port,remove the graphic card and clean with alcohol then reseat back else change the graphic card as this may be damaged,
