Volume problems

Hello,
I just upgraded my inspiron 1525 from Vista to Windows 7. Now my volume control buttons do not work. I have tried to find the reason, but still have no clue why they stopped. Anyone else have the same issues?

Dear Sir,

Please check whether the keys are not stuck down hence refusing to work. Also check whether there is no virus or trojan causing this difficulty.
