Link column data to row cells - formula

Hello,
I am trying to copy data on one worksheet that is in a column to a separate worksheet that is in a row.


Worksheet 1
B C
One 2.75
Two 100
Three 62.5
Four 42.8
Five 16.1
Six 11


Worksheet 2

B C D E F G
One Two Three Four Five Six
2.75 100.0 62.5 42.8 16.1 11.0

Worksheet 1 is 6 items grouped by states. Row two is state 1, then row nine is state 2, row 18 is state 3, etc.

So I need to be able to have data from worksheet 2 linked to the data in worksheet 1. Standard copying of the formula does not work.

Help please?
