Regarding screen size

hi,
if am working in a laptop for more than 10 hours a day, which screen size would help me that doesn't affect my eye much. i am buying a laptop but am not sure which screen size to go with either 14'' or 15''. can you please help me with this.

I suggest the 15 inch screen.
