4 pc connected by LAN with different features

Hello,
i wnt 2 connect 4 pc by LAN with different LAN settings (features).
connection description -: first one is server & other one is client , in network second pc access & change each pc data &
third one access each pc data not change data,
fourth one not change data & access data .
this is my big problem ,
plz............ anshwer me as soon as.
