I want to connect 4 computers by LAN

Hello,
i want 2 connect 4 computers by LAN and each have different features ,
like 1st computer is server and others r client 2nd one have features he access & change data of all computers , 3rd only access data & 4th have no access & change in data .
plz......... anshwer me..
