Hello, I was alerted that I need to install the updated version adobe flash player. The download was successful. However, when I am playing facebook games or trying to watch a show on hulu, I can't enlarge the screen. When I do, a white blank screen appears.

Dear Debbie,

Please check whether the graphic card is not faulty or still get to the Device Manager and have its driver updated.
