Not enough memory on phone

Hello,
sir i m facing the same problem when i try to open music player and my nokia 7210 supernova.. and there is no memory card in my cell at the moment.. i think its problem with some flashing file.. its missing
can you help me downloading that file.

Hi there,

Well guessed it mate,but before proceeding try pressing and holding menu button and end other applications running in background.Else flashing is required .
