Pendrive not recognized

Hello,
my 4 gb kingston pendrive not working it shows usb device not recognized. while i was formating my hard disk that pendrive was attached to the computer, from that moment i am facing this problem, can any one help me plz...........

Go into your machine's BIOS and set USB as the first boot device.
