formate prob with 8gb Kingston USB Closed

Dear brother
i ,ve 8 gb usb kingston. it is can't be formating i try to formate it with HP formating tool but now he show 0 bytes size after formating ...why?/ please help me to solve my this problume
before formating it can't be format but showd 7.45 gb when i format it with hp formating tool it wil be format & showd 7.45 gb storage. but when i unpluged it and pluged in again it showd 0 byte size and can't format and say no media to format please help me

Dear Sir, 

It might be that there is write protection on the disk restricting the format. Please consider getting through the below instructions in order to remove it and then get the possibility to format it.
