Pendrive not opening

Hello,
When I insert my 4gb kingston pendrive, it is detecting but it is asking me to open in paint, edit plus, excel, notepad .....etc. But if I choose any option the files in the pen drive were not opening. Please help me

Hi there,

Right click on pendrive and select explore,remove all data from it and copy t a folder then forma it.
