Can't get internet wireless but can ethernet

Hello,

I have been trying to fix a problem for 7 hours....HELP!!!! I upgraded my router from a linksys (B) to a Netgear 300 N. It is secured with two laptops, a MAC, and a PS3 successfully working wirelessly. I had no problems with my laptop beforehand. I have a Toshiba laptop using vista. I have googled and tried ideas from different threads posted here. Pleas help!!!!
