Welcome screen doesnot come, it goes black...

Hello,

i have a problem with my desktop PC.

when i start ,the windows xp loads ,but it goes black..when i restart ,it has the same

problem...I restarted it 5-6 times , it does load, but welcome screen does not come .


I formatted it 3 times hoping, that will solve the problem,but it remained the same..

Can anyone help me here.??????

I am dying to see my computer ( PC ) running .
