Desktop icons are not showing for all users

My computers is not showin the desktop icons for all the users. Any idea?

hellow sir i would like to ask to u about computer, in my system desktop icons not shown every one hide in task bar tool bar how to get how to dreged into desktop please reply as soon as posible ok

Right click on any blank area of the desktop and go down the menu and click on "Show Desktop Icons"
