Hello there,

Your problem is not that serious, in fact you can try to repair you windows OS by booting the windows XP installation CD-ROm, then choose repair windows instead of instal This will work definitively.

Take care.

If I repair my OS will I loose my data or not?
sir i try to boot into cd with my os but it doesnt run.still there an error.ntldr is missing

Same problem here even if i try to repair or install it won't let me... HELP Please
if u added memory recently try removing it again because this usually is a RAM pair problem so if you have more then 1 RAM card check to see if they are compatible with each other
NTLDR means that your BIOS is unable to find your copy of windows to load from your hard-drive. Check your boot sequence in your bios by pressing del at start up which is just after POST. Make sure the hard-drive which has the OS installed on it is in your boot sequence somewhere, usually after a CD/DVD drive
