Excel formula

Hello,
i need some help,
how can i combine 2 or more numbers separately,example in sheet1:
cell a2 b2
5 98,76,54,3
if i choose sheet 2 it must be like this:

cell a2 b2
5 98
5 76
5 54
5 3
