please I deleted a very important messages from my nokia e72 I need to recover them if possible

I somehow have lost most of my contacts and sms's on my Nokia E72, is there a way to recover this as they were very important!

Dear Hanif,

If they have been deleted, they have been removed completely and stored no where and hence you will have no possibility to get them back.
