Bluetooth file receive problem Closed

Hello, 
i have nokia 6300 mobile.i am able to send the files,songs,photos to other phones via bluetooth ,however i am not able to receive the files..it is trying to receive but immediately it shows operaton failed..plz.help



Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

Dear Sir, 

Please consider checking whether its Visibility is activated, if there is no security settings activated for causing this and also check whether you have enough memory space to saving the files.
