Black Screen on startup

Hello,
I have a Acer Aspire One laptop but i cannot find a product like this on the acer web page. My model # is KAV60. does anyone know where i could find this product download. Having black screen @ startup. unable to startup..

Is the PC even powering up? power supply and fans turning? Try one more thing.. pull the memory and power it on.. If it doesn't beep or something then it sounds like the motherboard is dead..
