Ipod screen is white

Hello,
i dropped my ipod in the pool and i got it out quickly and it wouldnt turn on and i blow dried it and left it alone. an hour later i tried shaking all of the water out then i put it in rice and it was there for about 3 hours and i looked at it and the screen turned white. and i i turned it back off what do i do now?
