try this 1,

Just copy the text starting from"Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00" --->

open notepad and paste it---->save the file as fix.reg (Note: don't forget the

extension .reg while saving the file.)

Then double click that file ( fix.reg) ---> click on Yes.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[-HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\.exe\UserChoice]

Hello,
This problem may be due to a error made on your PC. If this is not the case, then it is necessarily a virus.

1) System restoration to a date previous to the problem:
https://ccm.net/faq/6693-system-restore-on-windows-7

2) Follow these steps to disinfect your PC:
Branches all removable media to your PC
Update your antivirus and run a full scan of your PC. Remove viruses. Save the report
Download Malwarebytes here
http://dw.com.com/...

Preferably install it on another partition
Update
Run a full scan
Remove all the viruses
Save the report
Download hijackthis here https://www.zebulon.fr/telechargements/securite/systeme/hijackthis.html
Run it and save the report
Create a new message in the security section of the forum with:
Description of your system( PC, OS,Motherboard...)
Description of your problem
Copy-past the reports of: Your antivirus, Malwarebytes and hijackthis

3) If your system is clean, Try these procedures:
https://ccm.net/faq/1570-unable-to-run-executable-files-exe-on-windows
http://ccm.net/faq/3589-file-associations-in-windows-vista
