Cannot browse or see my flash

I tried allof your solutions
They are based on the fact that the system can SEE the drive.
In my case it detects it but does not displays it untill i view hidden files.
Then upon clicking on it is displays "Please insert disk in drive "h""
I tried the disk management, it is not shown in the mainenue.
It gives me
NO Media, o size.
