Hello,

when i'm traying to log in to my labtop it dosen't want to accept the password and the answer massage is
windows security
the server is not responding properly verify that credential manager server is properly installed on the target server

i am having the same problem. i cannot log on and f8 won't work for me to udse safemode. please help
