Computer sudenly stopped,screen blank

Hello,

My computer suddenly stopped, no pc snyc on my tv/monitor.. Then I tried to restart my CPU but it didn't work.. I turned off the regulator, and turned on again to see if there is no problem.. But when I turned on my CPU, still monitor blank, but the CPU lights are on.. Then after few minutes, the CPU off automAtically., anybody know how to help me please? Thanks and God bless!

computer suddenly stopped, no pc sync on your tv/monitor.. that means Problem with your RAM or your window is to be corrupted Because when your Windows or operating system get corrupted then then this types of Problems occur only due to problem with your RAM and Problem with your Operating System..!
