You will need to reinstall Windows.
When you first install Windows it customizes itself to the hardware it finds. When you move the hard disk to a different computer if finds new hardware and often can not resolve the differences. You MIGHT be able to boot from the Windows disk and do a "Repair". If that doesn't work the a fresh windows install should.
