CAN'T DOWNLOAD MY EMAIL WITH ATTACHMENTS!!!

Hello,
Please help. I am unable to download received in my e-mail. Sometimes files download but I'm unable to solve them. Also I am unable to send attachments. Please it is very important that this be corrected. Thank you for your assistance.

Please check whether the restriction is being caused by your firewall or anti virus application.
