Hi,
try these steps.
First try formatting your pendrive from command prompt
Click on start--->run-->cmd---> type this command
format pendrive_letter: and then press enter.
or
Download this free application, just click on it.
http://www.insidecore.net/are/autorunexterminator.zip
Extract it and double click on it.
Then plug your pendrive, it will delete the autorun file-->then try formatting your
pendrive.
