pen drive not working Closed

Thanks for the suggestion,
 
I tried to all my 4 port available but its does not work.
I have an extension cord which connects the port and the pen drive, would that be the problem.

Dear Sir,

Please indicate whether the pen drive is being detected. Also get to the Device Manager and see whether the ports need to be configured for getting free of the trouble.

Hi,

When I insert the pen drive into port it say error in installation the hardware. And i get and a !(colon mark) in the device manager.

Also kindly guide me to configure the port for getting free of the trouble.
