Cant get the login page at all

Hello,

Mine is very difficult to understand. I cannot get access to the login page to even enter the username and the password. I have tried all that I know but would not work. I have change the lan cable to the router, changed the PC to the router, reset the router a thousand times for more than 2 mins, etc etc.

Can some one help. Cant get the login page at all
