MY SOUND STILL WONT WORK SOMEONE HELP PLEASE!

i lost my sound a couple of weeks ago and its driving me crazy please help!!
I first tryed system restore and it worked!! but then as soon as i turned my computer off, then turned my computer back on my sound was gone, so i had to system restore everytime i turned my computer on for sound to work, but then ofcourse with my luck it stopped working now no matter how much i system restore, still no sound so i searched the net for another way... i have tryed everything controll panel, sounds and audio devices... harware, device manager... start, run "services.msc".... absolute everything and i no hardly anything about sound cards and my computer model and stuff like that, soo please dumb it down a bit. i need help i begging you all!!!! thank you so much for your time
