Copy some values in range 2 closed wkbk clmns

I am looking for a macro that can be launced by the user at will to achieve the following:

From: Within an active sheet/workbook To/destination: closed workbook sheet1

1. find values in a range of cells where each target cell is preceded by a label cell
2. copy these values to (a specific sheet in another workbook) the next available blank row with the values transposed to columns with row headers that match the labels in the 'from' sheet .
