My pc dont see my printer

Hello, y buy a new printer epson stylus sx 215 y have instal cd but in the end to finish instal my pc can comunicate whit printer
y can scan but y cannot print:))

Hi there,

Which os are you currently having on pc and driver installed is for what ?.same as os?please confirm.

am stupid:)) what is os?:)) y have windows vista 32 biti and driver is from original cd what come whit printer sx 210 series that is all what y know:)

when y troy to add printer in hardware and sound come this error:windows can*t open add printer!.the local print spooler service is not running please restart spooler or machine this spooler make me crazyy:)) y download all driver from site ..nothing..
