Hello,
I have Toshiba windows 7, my sister was using my laptop and the sound was working perfectly, she closed the laptop and I opened it up again and the sound randomly stopped working. I checked if anything is muted and its not. It says its working fine... HELP!!!!!!

Hi there,
Open run and enter this command: msconfig.msc then on the general tab select normal startup pressing on apply and ok,restart the machine,you have sound back
